Barfield Family

Congratulations to the Barfield family on the installation of their new 40x25x11 garage with lean-to storage area. This building features a vertical style roof and a sharp, modern color combination. The colors you see are black for the roof, black for the trim, and black for the wainscoting bottom panel, with sandstone exterior sidewalls. The building includes three black roll-up doors. Two of the doors are 10x9 roll-up doors with the upgraded colored door option in black. The third is an 8x8 roll-up door with a 45-degree Dutch opening, also in black. It also features two 30x36 white-gridded windows and a walk-in door with a half-moon window located on the left sidewall of the main center section. The center enclosed storage section measures 30 feet wide, 25 feet long, and 11 feet tall. The right-side lean-to storage area is 10 feet wide and 15 feet deep, running the full 25-foot length of the building with 9-foot leg height walls. There is also an 8x8 Dutch opening frame-out located on the right lean-to for additional access. Every building comes standard with a 140 mile per hour wind certification package and can be upgraded to a 170 mile per hour wind certification package for an additional charge.
