Congratulations to the Downs family on the new installation of this 42x20x12x8 horse barn.  This is one of our most popular and affordable sizes, offering a great way to maximize covered space at an excellent value. The colors that you see are barn red for the roof, trim, and side panels in between the roof drops. This building features eight mobile home screw down anchors, which are included in our 140 mile per hour wind certification package and can be upgraded to a 170 mile per hour wind certification for an additional charge if needed. Please note we do not offer concrete or dirt work, but we may be able to recommend a contractor in your area based on previous customer experiences. If installing on concrete, we automatically deduct the cost of the mobile home screw down anchors. We offer free delivery and installation to most parts of the central and southern United States.
