This project totals 42 feet wide, 40 feet long, with 12-foot legs on the garage and 8-foot legs on the lean-to. Built on a 5-foot-on-center framing system, it’s designed for long-lasting durability. The garage itself is installed on a 30x40 concrete slab, while the 12x40x8 lean-to is secured directly to the ground with four mobile home screw-down anchors as part of the wind certification package, such a smart and practical solution.

This beautiful build features a vertical-style roof in brown with white trim and beige siding, finished with 6-inch overhangs.

It comes equipped with:

Two 10x10 roll-up doors

Two 30x36 windows

One walk-in door

Every structure includes a 140 mph wind certification package and ground anchors (anchors are deducted automatically for slab installations). Plus, delivery and installation are free.

Whether you’re building on concrete or ground, we have secure installation options to fit your needs. Please note: we do not pour concrete slabs, but we’re happy to connect you with one of our trusted customer-recommended contractors if needed.
