This is a 30x40x12 Vertical Style Garage/Shop!

The colors that you see are White siding and white trim and Burnished Slate roof. This one has a vertical style roof and vertical siding! It also has 1- 12x12 chain hoist roll-up door, a walk-in door, and 1 regular 10x8 roll up door.

Delivery and Installation included as well as ground package for wind certification. If it is going on a slab, we would deduct the cost for some of the ground anchors which is $280. (we do not provide the slab, may be able to recommend someone who can)
