This building features an upgraded vertical siding instead of horizontal with an upgraded 5x12 roof pitch that adds extra ceiling height for more storage space.

Two 10x10 roll-up doors, a walk-in door, and two 30x36 windows for natural light and easy access.

This one was also upgraded with Double bubble insulation in the roof for added protection (can be removed if not needed)

Burnished Slate roof and trim with Clay walls for a sharp, clean look.

Six mobile home screw-down anchors included with certification package (automatically deducted if installing on a concrete slab, it's a $210 savings!)

All of our buildings come standard with a 140 MPH wind certification, with an upgraded 170 MPH wind certification available for an additional charge, if needed.

We do not provide concrete or dirt work, but we can recommend trusted customer recommended contractors that past customers have used. Please ask about slab dimensions before ordering, if you are putting it on a slab.

All buildings include FREE delivery and installation. Please ask about our current lead times.

All buildings are customizable and can be upgraded, and colors do not cost extra unless you choose from our premium colors. These are built new to order!
