Our customer provided their own wooden posts to match their barn dominium, and we were happy to install them. Every building comes standard with a 140 mph wind certification, and we can deduct $385 if the mobile home anchors are removed for a concrete slab install. We do not provide dirt work or slab work but may be able to customer recommend a contractor depending on your area. All buildings are customizable to your needs. Colors can be changed at no extra cost, unless you go with our premium colors.
