The colors that you see are black for the roof, black trim, and burnished slate siding. Colors can be changed at no extra cost, unless you go with our premium colors.

This is a 40x70x14 commercial garage with a 15x70x11 lean-to. This building includes 50 feet of enclosed center storage with 20 feet of overhang space, giving you plenty of room for equipment, shop use, and storage.

Vertical roof and vertical siding come standard on this commercial build, along with heavy-duty trusses for added strength and durability. The structure also features double legs, increasing the overall integrity and engineering strength of the building.

The garage includes three 30x36 black-framed windows, one 10x10 custom frame-out on the back, and one 12x12 custom frame-out on the front for garage doors. Two walk-in doors with nine-light windows are also included.

Additional openings include two 18x13 frame-outs on each side of the center storage and three 20x10 frame-outs along the lean-to.

The lean-to has an upgraded 2x12 roof pitch for improved water runoff and a sharper appearance. This building also features one-foot overhangs instead of the standard six-inch overhangs for added coverage.

Fully insulated with 2-inch fiberglass insulation in the front wall, back wall, both side walls, and the roof for better temperature control and efficiency.

Color-matched screws are included as a standard upgrade on this commercial structure.

*All commercial buildings require a 7K lull lift for installation. The crew can provide the lull lift for an additional $3,000, or you can rent one locally and have $3,000 deducted from your purchase price.

All of our buildings come with a 140 mph wind certification package. You can upgrade to 170mph wind package for an additional charge.

This price also includes free delivery and installation to most parts of the Southeast and central U.S.

We do not provide concrete or dirt work but depending on your area we may be able to customer recommend a contractor. All buildings are customizable and can be upgraded, and colors do not cost extra unless you choose from our premium colors.
